Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is inviting South African entrepreneurs with strong business and logistics experience to become part of its distribution ecosystem through a new nationwide entrepreneurial drive.
The initiative targets business owners with the capacity to manage full warehouse and distribution operations within specific territories. Through this model, Coca-Cola hopes to deepen its presence across key regions while working with entrepreneurs who understand the realities of local markets.
The programme is designed for entrepreneurs who already operate within logistics, transport, or related sectors and have a deep understanding of their local markets. Successful partners will be responsible for managing warehousing, fleets, and daily distribution activities within allocated territories.
Opportunities are available in Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, KwaZulu-Natal, the Eastern Cape, and parts of the Free State, including Bloemfontein. The programme forms part of CCBSA’s broader strategy to strengthen last-mile delivery and improve product availability across urban and regional areas.
CCBSA says the model allows entrepreneurs to operate as independent businesses while aligning with Coca-Cola’s operational standards and market expectations. The approach reflects the company’s broader strategy of supporting sustainable enterprise development rather than short-term contracting.
According to Kooglan Naidu, CCBSA’s country lead for traditional trade, the company is looking to partner with operators who can uphold service quality while expanding Coca-Cola’s footprint.
“We are seeking dynamic entrepreneurs with local knowledge and operational experience who can help grow Coca-Cola’s reach and maintain service standards across the value chain,” he said.
They play a critical role in ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the distribution value chain.”
Applicants are expected to demonstrate a solid track record in business, knowledge of the logistics or FMCG environment, and the ability to operate heavy vehicles, including articulated trucks. Successful partners must also have access to a warehouse space of at least 1,000 square metres and own a minimum fleet of five delivery vehicles.
The programme seeks to partner with independent business owners who can run dedicated distribution operations in selected regions, helping Coca-Cola strengthen product availability and service delivery at a community level. By expanding its local distribution footprint, the company aims to improve efficiency while creating opportunities for established entrepreneurs to scale their businesses.
Entrepreneurs interested in applying are required to submit an expression of interest through the CCBSA Careers platform, clearly stating their preferred area of operation in the subject line. Applications close on 16 January 2026.
“This is about working with capable entrepreneurs who have strong operational experience and insight into their communities,” Naidu said.
